  1. How do you feel about spicy food? I pretty much think its awesome. Buffalo Wings, Thai, Indian, Hunan, etc. Lets rephrase that. I like spicy food that is spicy for the flavor not just for the hell of it. I had some “Atomic” wings once. They were just hot for no reason at all.
  2. What kinds of condiments do you add to food in order to spice things up a bit? Franks Red Hot, cinnamon, I make a mean Ancho/Chipotle mayo, German mustards, Tabasco, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Cholula’s, salsa
  3. Not counting salt and pepper, what’s your favorite flavor enhancer when cooking? Garlic and Citrus.
  4. What’s the spiciest food you’ve ever eaten? I had something called “Hell Raisin’ Habanero” when I was in New Mexico. It’s not nearly as hot as those little red peppers in General Tso’s Chicken.
  5. In what way might some other aspect of your daily life be spiced up, and what’s keeping that from happening right now? If I could spice up my financial life that would be great. I’m kinda laid off/underemployed so I’m stretching my “economic stimulus” to the extreme.
